When you call, you speak directly to the repairman -- not a secretary.
(Because they're usually on a job, you may have to leave a message, but
calls are returned promptly.) They estimate the work before doing it, only
charge for the time the work actually takes, only do the work that needs
to be done, and the quality of the work, in our estimation, is as good
as it gets.
